Well, it's true. Everything flows and it's funny and entertaining. Well done, C.

Also, after reading this post I have found it EXTRA sad that we haven't met in real life. What gives? Don't you want to come to beautiful Utah one of these days? c'mon!

I'm glad you still have a sense of humor in all this. I've been describing myself as a granola girl (bc/ I like that better than hippie-dippie as my husband would call me) for a long time so the crunchy thing was funny. That list fit me pretty much to a tee--minus prolonged co-sleeping and the cloth diapers (I feel guilty but I have my limits when it comes to contact with poop).

Thinking about you and your boys.
KristinAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2594282782887242436.post-54150266572333283132010-01-16T11:34:03.961-08:002010-01-16T11:34:03.961-08:00"Oh, and unlike my crunchier counterparts, I ..."Oh, and unlike my crunchier counterparts, I didn't vote for Obama and think this administration stinks like poopy diapers."

Best sentence of the entire post. ;)adsfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16222945712218718524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2594282782887242436.post-64003186707874834742010-01-15T21:20:50.588-08:002010-01-15T21:20:50.588-08:00I think motherhood can be a difficult adjustment i...I think motherhood can be a difficult adjustment in so many ways. I felt like it was a pretty good fit initially. But by around 4 months, I was starting to feel cooped in and by 6 months when my daughter was crawling and on the move all the time (she never did slow down!) I started to feel the pressures of being a Mom and being "on" all the time. I think I started to settle into the whole routine shortly after she turned 1 year old, but I can completely understand whenever people say, "it wasn't easy" - whenever it was that that happened. The birth of a *mother* is a miraculous thing I think and often overlooked after the birth of the child!Coffeegrljapanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04848101070810301786noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2594282782887242436.post-11689699347004134882010-01-15T16:13:31.489-08:002010-01-15T16:13:31.489-08:00Sunny

I am definitely more mainstream than crunchy...can’t seem to quite get on the cloth diaper train or co-sleeping but I do believe in breastfeeding, baby wearing, gentle but appropriate discipline, and homemade organic baby food. Oh and I didn’t vote for Obama either.Chad and Genahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04072664430447698129noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2594282782887242436.post-77347917661584707932010-01-15T12:26:47.568-08:002010-01-15T12:26:47.568-08:00HI Sunny! My sister moved from NY (where I live) to Seattle for school 11 years ago, and never moved back home. I've visited her many times, and if my entire family (read: network of babysitters) wasn't here, I'd move to seattle in a heartbeat.

Love Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child.
